Please book your tickets as unreserved for your group, no more than 6 per booking.

We ask that you chose the e-ticket option which will act as confirmation of your initial
order.

We have distanced seating clusters. You can only sit in the same seating cluster as
someone from your own household/bubble. We ask you to not swap seats when you
arrive so we can maintain a safe distance between you and other groups.

Your group will be allocated a socially distanced seating area by the Box Office team
closer to the event and after you have made your booking. We will then send you
your seat numbers.

As all areas are well ventilated between screenings, please dress for cooler conditions, we are no longer able to hand out our blankets but you can bring your own!

Our venues are cleaned between each screening or performance.

Throughout Exeter Phoenix, including the café bar terrace, everyone will need to
observe the guidance on groups, not mixing or joining with other groups at any time.

Wearing a face covering is a condition of entry. We are mindful that some people are
exempt from wearing a face covering but you may be asked if that is the case. Of
course, you can remove it if you're eating or drinking.

To enable social distancing, you may be asked to keep moving if you stop to wait or
gather along the routes and communal areas.

We have unisex toilets, including accessible toilets, in the Digital Suit on the ground
floor next to Studio 74 and on the first floor. We’ll be there to direct you.  

We advise that you book at table if you wish to have a drink or a bite to eat in our
Cafe Bar as tables are limited, 01392 667062
