Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on any of our courses, except in the rare instance that we have to cancel the course for any reason. This is in line with our booking information provided on our website that covers all of our ticketed content:

If for any reason you did need to change a booking then we can offer to move you on to a different course date, but only up until a week before the course date you’ve already booked so that we are able to re-sell.
