RETURNING TO CLASSES

In preparation for our reopening following Covid-19 closure, we have introduced various measures to ensure staff and visitor safety. Please see below for details of this, alongside responsibilities we are asking tutors to undertake to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community.

What Phoenix have implemented:

We have updated studio capacities to adhere to social distancing guidelines

We have installed hand sanitisers outside all studios and around the building

We are providing designated cleaning packs for all studios

We have clearly displayed our social distancing policy in all studios

We will be carrying out extended deep cleaning in all studios between classes, and throughout the building

We are monitoring all staff attendance within the building and ensuring social distancing measures within our offices

What we ask of tutors:

Please take Trace & Trace information for all attendees

Please manage social distancing within classes and report to us directly if you feel this is difficult to implement in your given space

Please clean down studios after use, particularly high touch points, with cleaning packs provided

Please ventilate the space as necessary, particularly during and after high exertion classes

Please wear face masks, unless exempt, when in communal spaces. Masks are not required within studio spaces, provided distancing is being observed

We are legally required to ask you to sign into the NHS Track & Trace app for Exeter Phoenix. The QR code can be found on various posters around the building, or sign in at the Box Office if you do not have a smartphone

What we ask of attendees:

Please adhere to all guidance from Exeter Phoenix staff and your tutor

Please make every effort to socially distance within our premises, and wear face coverings where distancing is not possible

Please do not share materials

Please wear face masks, unless exempt, when in communal spaces. Masks are not required within studio spaces, provided distancing is being observed

We are legally required to ask you to sign into the NHS Track & Trace app for Exeter Phoenix. The QR code can be found on various posters around the building, or sign in at the Box Office if you do not have a smartphone

As we navigate this return, we thank you for your continued support and welcome you to discuss any concerns you may have. Please get in touch with Anna on 01392 667060 [email protected]
