IMPORTANT MESSAGE - HOW TO BOOK

This socially distanced event will run in accordance with the latest government guidance. We will be in touch nearer the event to let you know further details, and to assign you your socially distanced seating. To ensure you are allocated a seat with your group and to avoid disappointment please book all tickets for your group in one booking. Groups can be booked to a maximum of six people.


There will be a bar service, with orders taken at your table/pod.

We ask that you chose the e-ticket option which will act as confirmation of your initial
order.

We have distanced seating clusters. You can only sit in the same seating cluster as
someone from your own booking/bubble. We ask you to not swap seats when you
arrive so we can maintain a safe distance between you and other groups.

Your group will be allocated a socially distanced seating area by the Box Office team
closer to the event and after you have made your booking. We will then send your
seat tablepod number.

Please scan into the NHS track and trace App upon arrival.

Please use hand sanitiser provided, units are positioned around the building.

Our venues are cleaned between each screening or performance.

Throughout Exeter Phoenix, including the café bar terrace, everyone will need to
observe the guidance on groups, not mixing or joining with other groups at any time.

Wearing a face covering is a condition of entry. We are mindful that some people are
exempt from wearing a face covering but you may be asked if that is the case. Of
course, you can remove it if you're eating or drinking.

To enable social distancing, you may be asked to keep moving if you stop to wait or
gather along the routes and communal areas.

We have unisex toilets, including accessible toilets, in the Digital Suit on the ground
floor next to Studio 74 and on the first floor. We’ll be there to direct you.  

We advise that you book at table if you wish to have a drink or a bite to eat in our
Cafe Bar as tables are limited, 01392 667062, please note that last orders is at 9.30pm.
